      Executive Assistant Interview

      18 Nov 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Doha
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Silatech (Doha) in Dec 2013

      Interview

I had a long discussion with the Director of Human Resources. This was conducted by phone and lasted approximately 45 minutes. I was questioned generally about my experience and credentials. I then came to the offices and met with the manager for whom I would be working. This interview lasted for nearly an hour, and I was asked numerous questions about my skills and past experience as an executive assistant. We also discussed my fluency in Arabic and whether I could read and/or write Arabic. Finally, I was briefly introduced to the CEO who was very cordial and did not ask me any substantive questions. The whole process at their offices lasted about 2 hours.
