The interview process was very comfortable and relaxed, and it quickly felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal assessment. From the very beginning the interviewer created a friendly atmosphere, asked open questions, and gave me enough time to think and explain my ideas without any pressure. We talked in depth about my previous projects, the challenges I had faced, and the decisions I made, and it really felt as if I was discussing my work with a colleague or a good friend who understands the industry. We also spent quite a lot of time talking about technologies, architecture choices, and possible improvements, so it became an interesting technical discussion rather than a one‑sided interrogation. Overall, I enjoyed the process a lot, left the call with a very positive impression of the company, and felt that they were truly interested in who I am as an engineer and how I think, not just in checking boxes from a standard interview script.
