I was called for the interview at the company, there was only one round i gave all the correct answers at that time they told me to give the results till next day. but on the same day hr started having salary negotiations with me which i agreed, but they wanted immidiate joining which was not possible and i said that i can join in 15 days. so she stopped picking up my call and then she said she will let me know in few days. after a week they told me that they don't need freshers and they need experienced people. So i feel the company is wasting the time and efforts of candidates.
