Follow ups are done with the client, in case they have not given an update and they call the candidate to inform them incase there are next steps. .

Initial interview, followed by a psychometric evaluation which is followed by either a final interview, a rejection, or an offer of employment. Using the STAR technique helped me get through the initial interview.
