First I received a phone interview. Later as promised, I received a case study exercise that asks me three questions revolving around finding ways to market and promote a boutique. The questions also involve writing press releases and ways to measure success (KPI).

What are the three ways to promote a boutique and why?
First is a phone screen interview that asks you the reason why you want to join the company and then there is an assessment that asks you to provide recommendations to the marketing strategies of the company.
