Interview
1) Phone screen - 15 min call to see if you’re a fit 2) Group interview - in zoom call with multiple people answering the same question; they make you read their handbook to prepare for this interview, handbook is pretty lengthy and long (it may take about 30mins to an hr to read through) 3) Interview with two members of the team 4) Interview with another two members of the team 5) Call with a director (they ask about how you like to be appreciated, if you want to work long term, etc)

Three interviews including one pre-recorded interview. Overall pleasant experience and the interviewers were very nice and worked to make you feel comfortable. Some questions were tricky but overall positive experience
