Sheplers Western Wear interview questions

Met with the Call Center Director and the Human Resource Director - there were some questions asked - didn't seem to be questions written in advance - more questions that were specific to the information that I was giving to them. We met in the Human Resource Directors office - they offered me a cup of coffee or some water. they were both relaxed and friendly.

Interview with boot and clothing manager and then second interview with store manager. They ask you questions about your personality, why you want to work there and how do you think you would be successful there. Then asks you about western wear and how much do you know about it. They want you to be western but also fashion forward.
