Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Shell Energy Retail (Coventry, England (UK)) in April 2017.

Interview

Did a math and English assessment. Then you do a group task, followed by individual interview. Made me feel very at ease. Did not even feel like an interview. More of a common chat

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Shell Energy Retail (Kraków (Poland)) in March 2019.

    Interview

We met in a recruitment company's office, interview conducted by two people, one from First Utility and one from the recruitment company. Initially I was asked to describe my career to date, then asked four or five competency type questions requiring answers evidenced with past experience. Next I was given an exercise, five minutes in which to type answers into a laptop for example customer enquires in a web chat scenario. I didn't reach the end of this exercise before time ran out, I think I answered five questions. Finally an opportunity for me to ask questions of the interviewer. The whole process lasted just less than thirty minutes.
