Long and hard there are tons of stuff you have to do online. Then you have to take a bunch of test and meet with the head sales manager and the director. it is a very long process and takes a very long time. it is hard to wait to hear back
Very thorough interview process. Branch manager was able to respond quickly to any questions. Assessment tests is done which checks your skills in how you think and come up with answers. Background check room about 5 days.
