Interview
The interview process was fair, it took part in stages, allowing each candidate the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role. Each stage was well-structured and provided clarity on what was expected, which made the experience transparent and balanced.

They asked how my current role might affect me accepting the job. I liked that—it showed they were really thinking ahead about fit and commitment.

Interview
The interview was conducted rather in a hurry. Being online, I could not see their faces since their cameras were closed and they asked me to close mine. This resulted in a lot of interruption since I could not pick their cues. The interviewing staff were impatient.
