Servit interview questions

The original interviewer was not able to make the 1st telephone interview. The next interview was with the president and other technicians. I did not make it to the 3rd interview.

Phone Interview, In person Interview, and Final Interview with President / HR. I feel like the process was drawn out over time for no reason. I didn't get the job offer as the candidate they choose was more "technical." My issue is they knew this when I went into the 2nd and final interview. The position never required a technical background but administrative which I had. I appreciated the experience, but I just felt like why keep me in the running for this position and choose someone you say had more technical skills but the job posting never stated that and furthermore you knew this by my resume when you reached out to me.
