First of all they call me to invite me for a personal interview with my direct manager. I had 2 separate interview session and it took me almost 2 months to get into that company.

some character and interpersonal questions.
also about university , courses and grades.
it was really easy and comfortable. department supervisor and engineering manager did the interview and I get the offer at the end of interview.
