I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sentis Market Research (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2025
Interview
They invited me in the office for 2.5h session
Gave some data to put in report, gave some slide to check mistakes.
I asked for feedback - in person they told everything is fine, but I've got a rejection without any feedback.

Question 1
How I would describe my duties at a previous role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sentis Market Research
Interview
There was an initial HR screen call, followed by an aptitude test. The aptitude test was excessive and repetitive, given the time constraint. It didn't feel like a fair amount of time was given for it.
I interviewed for the Market Research Analyst role, and unfortunately, the process left much to be desired. The interviewer did not review my resume before our conversation, and some of the questions felt discouraging, such as asking how I stand out, only to end by suggesting I could find a better job elsewhere. This contradiction made me feel that the company lacked a serious interest in my candidacy.
While the scheduling was efficient and the process moved quickly, the interview's tone felt dismissive. I would recommend the company take more time to review candidates' resumes before the interview and ask questions that demonstrate genuine interest in their qualifications and experience.
