Segway Investments interview questions

They had zero interest in me as a person at all. They never once asked about any experience that they would benefit from, never asked about why I wanted to work for them. The guy kept looking at his phone or his computer every time I had a question or wanted to say a little about myself. They clearly do not care about who they hire for that position, and then they have the audacity to hire you on the spot saying you’ll receive an email with training info. I wasn’t going to accept regardless, but what if I would of? They seem like millennials that will tell you whatever you want to hear to make you happy, but then they don’t have the courage to actually tell you what they think.
