I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sears (Midland, MI) in Feb 2014
Interview
I went to two interviews, both seemed like they went very well. The first interview I went to the man showed me around the back room, the woman I had my second interview with, Debbie, said I should hear about it in a few days either by e-mail or phone call. I ended up never hearing anything from them again.

Interview
I applied online and received an email one week later for an interview. Waited in their office for a while and got interviewed by my would-be boss. I was the only one there which surprised me because as I would find out later, the backroom was understaffed even with me being hired.
short, asked a few simple questions but overall was a great learning experience. They required employee to be able to lift a certain amount of weight (about 50 pounds). The position was for part time work
Easy, got called in and asked some questions and was shown around and introduced to other workers and what I would be doing. Everyone was friendly and it was a quick interview.
