Interview
Several Managers from several departments took turns interviewing me to find the best fit for my skill set. Then, they ran me through some senecios and strategy questions. They did this together and individually.
Straight forward, they had me fill out questions on a computer. It then was a group interview, it would have been nice to have a one on one so it was a bit awkward.

Interview
Casual, laid back conversation about previous work experience and hypothetical customer situations. Very relaxed. It was what you’d expect for the position and I wouldn’t stress about it in the least

What kind of customer service experience do you have?
Simple and brief. Wanted to hire right away. Didn’t ask any additional questions or anything off of the online application. Very quick, offered the hourly rate right then snd there.
