Interview
It was pretty straight forward. I was interviewed by the supervisor I believe. Interview lasted about 15 mins and I had to meet with the manager who offered me the job on the spot.

Question 1
What was a challenge you faced at work and how did you overcome it
Easy interview, they asked basic soft skill questions and put an emphasis on selling credit cards. Originally only a seasonal position, but I did well enough that they hired me full time. There is a high turn over rate though.
Interview was extremely easy. Looking for someone for the holidays for a temporary position but was hired on due to high credit card sales. Interviewer asked basic situational questions and some behavioral questions as well.
Was asked to arrive at a given time. There were 10+ other people scheduled for that time. I was 2nd in line, so I stayed, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time.
