Business Analyst/SDA:
· Expertize in Business Process Management modeling tools(Visio/ARIS/UML) and techniques.
· ITIL & eTOM Understanding.
· Good understanding of telecom products.
· Ability to identify pain areas & suggest improvements in operational processes.
· Drive solutions and reach agreements with multiple stakeholders thro workshops, conference calls & discussions.
· Exposure in Requirement Capture and Conducting Operational Training.
