The interview experience was unstructured and disengaged. The interviewer appeared unprepared, and the interview setting was distracting, including repeated interruptions caused by their laptop which kept slipping and breaking focus. Questions were long and unclear, and when clarification was requested, they were not explained further. Although the interview was scheduled for 60 minutes, it ended significantly earlier, with limited discussion of my background or experience. The overall impression was that the outcome may have been decided in advance. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that future interviews are conducted with better preparation, structure, and engagement.

Attentive and flexible P&O representative, had to accept AI transcript beforehands. The person I spoke to was calm, prepared and has shown a lot of empathy. They agreed to flexibly reschedule the call, too.
