The interviewer didn’t practice active listening. When given a question, the interviewer wasn’t interested in responding properly. It wasn’t a pleasant candidate experience as the manager was rude and not willing to answer questions from applicants.

One phone call with the HR as the initial process. The HR didn’t seem engage in the interview process, no active listening, and not willing to answer questions from applicant. Overall, it was not a pleasant candidate experience predominantly because of interviewer’s attitude. Withdrew the application after the call. Don’t want to work for a company like this
