My interview was with one of the employees (graduate in Psychology working on ML). I had the impression that he wasn't understanding math behind ML which made him seem unserious. I had the impression that he didn't understand mathematical explanations, but wanted replies in non-mathematical form. He also quit after 5 minutes or so which was really rude, and seemed agressive and rude during the interview. I am actually really happy that I didn't get an offer there, because later I figured out that are much better companies and interviews and I got a much better job.(I was fresh after University while interviewing for them so at that moment I wasn't so aware of what there is on the market). Anyway, I had the impression that the company is unserious and with this experience, I realize that the interview was rude and unprofessional. Based on this engineer who didn't seem to understand what he is doing on a deeper, mathematical level and also, based on HR (who also seemed pretty unserious), I wouldn't recommend them neither as an employer nor as someone I would give a project.
