I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sciterion in Mar 2024
Interview
The recruitment process was disappointingly sluggish and lacking in professionalism. After submitting my application, it took the recruiter two weeks to respond and schedule a phone call for the following week. Following a series of screening questions, I was tasked with proofreading and completing a PowerPoint presentation over the weekend before even being granted an interview. This involves reading a clinical trial paper and your assignment involves completing the presentation based on the feedback and comments provided, rather than creating a presentation on a predetermined topic. While I found the assignment enjoyable, it seemed excessive to require it prior to the interview stage. They mention that the presentation typically requires around four hours to complete, but the duration may vary depending on the level of detail you choose to incorporate. The interview itself was relatively straightforward, but I never received any further communication from the company afterward. Despite reaching out to the recruiter for feedback on my presentation, I never received a response. Overall, the entire experience felt unreasonably delayed and lacking in courtesy.

Question 1
When confronted with two deadlines of equal importance happening concurrently, which one would you give precedence to?
A 3 stage interview. The first was with a recruiter, the second and third interviews were with medical writers. The process took just under a month in total which included an assessment where I had to make a powerpoint presentation.
