The selection process will consist of the following stages:
Initial HR Round:
A preliminary discussion to understand the candidate’s background, experience, role fit, and alignment with organizational culture.
Assessment Round
Candidates will be given a structured assessment to evaluate analytical, problem‑solving, and role‑specific skills.
Live Interview:
A live interview where candidates will be provided with a dataset and asked to analyze it in real time. The focus will be on approach, interpretation, insights, and communication of findings.

Very smooth, took a week for all rounds to be completed. Aptitude round, excel test, manager interview, senior management interview. Product test includes case studies of unique project ideas. HR screening takes place on the call once your resume is shortlisted.

Terrible Experience with the process.
I had read the other reviews on the interview process and expected it to be a smooth and fair one irrespective of whether I am given an offer or not.
I had applied through iimjobs. I received a call the next day from the HR saying I would have to give an aptitude test, the link for which they said I would be getting over e-mail. It was scheduled for next day morning time.
But I did not receive any link to the aptitude test neither any other communication from the HR. Since there was no email mode of communication, I had dropped an SMS the night before the test asking how will I be receiving the link to the test.
But there was no response for an entire day , I received an SMS with the name addressed incorrect (Some other name instead of my name), which probably indicated that there was no track of who has sent the SMS followup. It stated that after the call with me, the manager had seen the profile and did not shortlist it.
I was not informed about this update in my status of application, until I myself had to contact them, only to be responded and addressed by some other name.
The decisions made with respect to the application of a candidate, the candidate certainly should be updated timely with the right details (as basic as the name), since its an investment of the time and required infrastructure amidst their own jobs/routine.
