I had an interview with senior consultant. The interview was fairly straightforward on guesstimation. The interviewer was quick to arrive at conclusion of not hiring and paid little attention to my overall candidature.

I was told that my CV had been shortlisted. Following the intimation, an HR professional did a preliminary call with me and told me what the process would be: short assignment + technical interview + HR interview + leadership interview. In a couple of days, I was told that I'll have an interview first and then be given the assignment. Said interview for rescheduled 2 times before I finally met one of their senior consultants. I had a good conversation with this person, they even appreciated my profile and told me that they'd get back within a day. I didn't hear back for a week, so I followed up but the HR professional did not respond. After a week, I got an email saying that my profile was not going to be taken forward. I was left confused because the senior consultant indicated that I would be contacted soon. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend applying to this organisation. They're not respectful of candidates' time and their processes seem to be haphazard.
