The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sanofi in Jul 2009
Interview
So far just a phone screening through a 3rd party vendor, non Sanofi employee. Consisted of 3 or 4 STAR questions and then 3 scenarios. Over all it very similar to other interviews and phone screenings for pharma employers. Just make sure to have your stories down so you sound pollished. As for the scenarios just make sure you take a minute to think before answering the questions. The scenarios include some background...Q1 was about a 3 MD clinic where only 1 MD is writing and has decining share, you have an appt coming up what do you do? Q2 a co worker causes conflith w/ another doc who in turn causes your 1 MD to slow RXing, you have a meeting how do you handle your co worker, and Q3 your doc sets up a consult with you and her staff with out checking w/ you first, you have another appt scheduled at the same time which is with a top MD and has been put off twice before finally rescheduling how do you handle it.? Sorry I don't remember the STAR ??? but any one who has done a behavorial event interview would do just fine. Don't know the results yet. Just wish the had some one who actually works for the company talk to you because the screener cannot answer any questions.

Interview
Tracked down open position in my area. Found a way to find out hiring manager’s name. Called him directly and asked for an interview. He was FLOORED. Initiative goes a LONNNNG way in getting a sales job….a long way in LIFE. I met with him 2 days later (was one of 15 candidates). I received a call request wing a second interview at headquarters in 1 week that would require 3-4 hours of my time, 30 mins of that time should be spent giving a formal presentation to a panel on the drug I would be the lead sales rep for. Did all of that…was called that evening with my offer. Began first day the following Monday.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sanofi in Jan 2019
Interview
I was contacted via email shortly after applying to set up time for a phone interview. I never received a call from the recruiter at our scheduled, nor did I ever receive any follow-up communication to reschedule.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sanofi (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Basic job history to qualify your match for skill set needed. It is a team selling environment, so you need to demonstrate how well you work with others. Sometimes you will interview with more than one manager at the same time. Depending on the individual, they may ask you stressful questions to measure your emotional intelligence.
