I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sanofi in Mar 2014
Interview
Very straightforward, consisted of a one hour phone conference with HR. Took about one month to get an offer after the interview. The hiring managers were very relaxed, and made you feel comfortable right off the bat. They wanted to see you were a good person, had goals, and was well-rounded. They ensure you are not lying but asking you technical skills or questions as you elaborate on your experience.
