      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sagility (Ocala, FL) in Oct 2024

      Interview

      I started out doing a group type interview on Zoom. They then had me do three assessments which consist of typing, basic computer skills, and a check of your internet speed. After they set me up with a one on one interview. The recruiter doing the interview was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. There was about 3 or 4 questions that were situational questions such as how do you handle an irate customer, what does empathy mean to you the other question has to do with how you work with others. Followed by explaining the hours you will be working, pay rate which is $14/ hour then asking my availability. After agreeing I was then given an offer right after! This was followed by joining another Zoom meeting for the offer letter and a few other things to acknowledge. Was then informed of a mandatory orientation for the following day. Start date of November 4th and equipment is provided one week before you start training.
