I interviewed twice for a role with Sagicor and submitted detailed documentation including 30/60/90 action plan for multiple rules. Unfortunately, the communication afterward was disappointing. Despite waiting over 40 minutes for both interviews and completing all requested steps, I received no follow-up or feedback. I was initially told I would hear from someone in 2 weeks prior to being asked to return for the 2nd interview of which I was told I'd hear from someone at the end of the week. Transparency and respect for candidates’ time are vital especially in roles centered around compliance and people management. I hope the recruitment process evolves to reflect the professional standards expected of the organization whose vision is to be a great company that improves the lives of people in its communities,
