Interview
Interview Process was good and smooth. Assistance provided by HR was very good. All the interviews were conducted on time. Questions asked were not much difficult and overall the interview was great
The whole process was very long, went on for more than 7 weeks. It included 1 aptitude test, 1 technical test, 1 round of group discussion and 2 rounds of interviews (1 technical + 1 leadership)
There were 4 round
Round 1 : Quant + DI+ LR + SQL+ MS EXCEL
Round 2: GD
Round 3: interview with manager and HR( technical interview )
Round 4: talk with founder
Round 4 was very poor round . Founder don't know how to choose the candidate , from my point of view firstly they should take training of recruitment.
All the decision are taken by founder even Recruitment process. They think that they know everything.
I request to founder if you want to see the progress of organization, don't interfere in each process.
HR team and manager is very good .

Each air-plane has a fuel capacity to allow it to fly exactly 1/2 way around the world, along a great circle. The planes have the ability to refuel in flight without loss of speed or spillage of fuel. Though the fuel is unlimited, the island is the only source of fuel. You can ignore the time and fuel consumption of refuelling.
What is the minimum number of air-planes required to get one air plane all the way around the world assuming that all of the air planes must return safely to the airport?
