I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Saama Technologies (Pune) in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview was tough. I went through 3 technical rounds. 1 HR discussion and 1 Management round for the selection process. Every part of the selection is fun as it tests you completely.

There were three to four short 30 minute interviews, 1 technical interview with SQL & DB Design questions that were fairly straightforward. The interviewers were kind and understanding, unlike most in tech who will chastise you for not being an expert.
I applied online. I interviewed at Saama Technologies
Interview
Phone interview and then an in-person interview. The first panel was with senior management folks, who asked questions like "can you tell us about your professional history?" and "what are some projects you've done?". They told me there would be no technical questions when I spoke with their recruiter over the phone, but the second panel was with some of their higher level developers and they asked you to write SQL queries and to sort an array.
