Interview
Initial interview with a HR recruiter was fairly casual, they provide you with a candidate pack that has very in-depth information on the firm and the process. However, was completely ghosted after the HR screening despite multiple emails asking for feedback. It was rather surprising and unprofessional, especially considering Systemic markets itself as a people-oriented firm.

Tell me about your work. What did you do at your old job?
As most of the people described. I went through all the stages in the interview process until the final one and they never came back to me.
On top of that, in the final stage they told me a different salary range (lower) than was indicated in the beginning. Really liked the company culture and people seemed friendly but I have to stay that the recruitment process is a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism…

The communication before the interview in terms of the information pack was helpful and provided clarity on the process. The questions were standard for the role. It took quite a long time to receive feedback on the outcome. A faster turnaround on updates would help improve the candidate experience.
