Round 2: a short interview with Hunan Resources staff (about your background, why you want to work in this company)
Round 3: an interview with the heads.

Satisfy about the process of interviews. Divided into 3 procedures. Resume submit, first interview with managers, second interview with CEO. The first interview took 30mins and Second one was like 5 mins
