HR Screening Call (30 minutes):
The recruiter asked about my background, experience in pre-sales/technical sales, and why I was interested in the company. Basic questions on my knowledge of their products and industry domain.
Technical Interview (45 minutes):
Conducted by a senior engineer. Focused on my technical skills—questions around system architecture, product knowledge, and how I have handled technical objections in previous roles. They asked scenario-based questions like explaining a product to a non-technical client.
Presentation/Demo Round (1 hour):
I was given a case study and asked to prepare a demo presentation of the product. The panel judged on my presentation skills, product understanding, handling client questions, and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Final Cultural & Managerial Round (30-45 minutes):
This round focused on team fit and behavioral questions. The hiring manager asked about challenges in past sales cycles, team collaboration, and how I handle difficult clients.
