A very disorganized hiring process initially applied to one Senior Software Developer position, but during the interview process, they said the position was internally filled, and redirected to another team for similar positions. That's all OK, but after all the interviews were done they said they were working on the headcount planning and needed some time to make decisions. Then a few days later, they responded that the position was closed. Overall, the interview was not that bad. People tend to ask easy questions and not tricky ones. I have done the following interviews: 30mins hr call, 1.5 hour coding/tech interview mixed with one team, 1.5 hour tech interview with another team since the first team filled their position. Tech interviews were mostly they asked about a few situations and saw what your response. And particular questions about certain tech stacks. Overall, it's not bad if you are looking for interview practices, but the quality of the questions is not highly valued for practice. If you are really looking for a job, save your efforts to other places. Also, check their recent employee reviews. It's not an ideal place to go at the moment.
