First thing is its a consultancy. I have been got a call from Amcat that I have been shortlisted for this companny. I went there all the way from Andra pradesh to Banglore for that. Those people dont even have common sense. One lady sat i side the interview room. She literally dont know how to respect. She just saw tbe resume and said how do you think you can get a job with this qualification. You should do some course. You are here means you dint get a job because of your inability. We will provide yiu training and assist for placement.
First of all they have no right to degrade candidates. They should have mentioned that its a consultancy. They even gave job description and package. Just making people fools for money. Its not just about money. I just felt I lost my respect over there.

The interviewer who has been sat there to conduct interview looks like below 20. She just asked tell me about java. She even dint listen the answer and kept the details of their consultancy to join there for training.
