I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SPJ Solutions in Aug 2021
Interview
I've made it to 3 rounds.
First is an intro interview, or at least that's what I've been told. I was asked a couple of Javascript-related questions, followed by a few code snippets to explain what each of them does, and then a brain teaser (not sure why, since companies rarely use these).
The 2nd round is a 2 hour technical interview, 1 hour to test your React knowledge, and the next hour to test your Node.js. If you make it to the next round, you are then asked to complete both assignments prior to the third interview. The 3rd round is an hour long technical where you go over your assignment with the interviewers on what you did, what you could've done differently, etc.
Now the reason why I'm giving this a negative experience? The recruiter was very proactive in the email, but after the last interview, he ghosted me completely. I sent 3 different emails, and not once did I get a reply.
Please, at least, have the courtesy to let the interviewee know if they got rejected, especially if they make it deep into the interview process. Don't force them have to be proactive to get a response, only to be told they didn't make it to the next round.
