Vertical thorough. Friendly team, was an informative but informal interview. The inter was split into a tour, a practical assessment and the interview. Afterwards I was introduced to the wider team, and made to feel really welcome

How would you react if a young person confided in you regarding something they are upset about at home. This could be an aggressive parent. What would you do with this information
The interview was very enjoyable, as it was mainly a chat about the charity and all of its work. It was not overly formal, but it focused on what I felt I could bring to the internship.
