The hiring process will start with HR, followed by the Manager, then the Assistant Vice President, and finally the Vice President, who will conduct the last interview and make the final decision.

first interview was with HR. after a week or two, the next interview was with the manager. then " last with the VP. once passed, another call was received from HR to discuss about the offer and benefits.
