Conducted 3 rounds of interviews and then shortlisted candidates on their performance. First starting with GD followed by Technical and then HR. Interview process is smooth and difficultly level was average. GD and HR rounds are conducted by one person and I have impressed him in GD, so technical round was very smooth as he has good impression on me and HR round in late night super cool.
