I saw this add on KSL and applied for the position, they called me back four days late. During the call they asked a few brief questions about where I worked and if I would like a position that had the potential to grow, then scheduled an interview for the following week.
The interview was very short, less than 15 min. Interviewer looked professional and was good at making a person feel comfortable. Interviewer gave absolutely no idea about what the job would entail, thus making it difficult to answer the questions. Only two questions were asked pertaining to the job, the other questions were personal. The company interviews 30 people a day. They do three interviews before they decide on offering you a job. I wasn't given any chances to ask questions about the position or company. Because of that I will not be investing any more of my time into further interviews.
From what I have gathered on other reviews is that they make up a lot of different names and titles for the exact same position that they are interviewing for in order to pull in as many people as possible, even though that is very misleading. The company is "direct marketing" which means they have gotten permission to sell in SAMs club and Costco. Regardless of your experience or qualifications you will start out selling things in a store and maybe move up from there.
