They ask candidates to read their employee handbook, but they do not follow it themself - at least for the interviews a few of their values were ignored.
They claim they are not a corporation and I agree they are not, but certenly they are acting like one.
They set up a lot of tests and interviews, and cancel the final one 46 minutes before it should have started.
Feedback received was surprising, saying they cannot compromise on something that was tested 2 weeks prior.

In the first step they told me some things about the company and how i will work(remote).Then some online test with some nonsense questions where i should write 400 words.

- Applied on their website
- Had a short interview with the manager
- Completed the assignment (it took me about 1,5 days)
- And then they didn't bother to reply anymore, even after I followed up. Overall one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL interview processes I've ever experienced (especially after they require candidates to read their Culture Book, which suggests they have transparent processes etc...)
