Interview
Multiple Levels that starts with HR. They will also be endorsing to the front line manager. After this will endorse to the country head and continue to the regional line of business lead. You also have to be prepared on the presentation.
First you will be invited for an in-take conversation with recruiter. If that turns out to out well, you will be invited for a conversation with your future manager. This conversation typically takes one hour.
As a next step, you will have to prepare for a Panel presentation for a larger audience.
