Interview
I met with a hiring manager and another coworker. It started with a series of questions that moved very quickly. How I would describe things to a child, all very technically focused for a design position. The interviewers were very formal and there was no focus on personality fit or other skills. Felt like a timed speed test.

Interview
First interview was on Skype because the hr recruiter was not in the city. He told me to come in to the office the next Monday right after the first interview. The second interview was at the SAP office. I interview with the recruiter and another recruiter on screen (he was at san Francisco).

Tell us what you know about SAP. Tell us what you know about the analytics development team. Design a poster for us right now. Describe this work, is it good or bad? Why? How are you familiar with Adobe Creative Suite? What is your favourite movie? What software did you use for your films? Not very difficult actually. You just need to answer them in details.
