      Senior Manager Interview

      17 Jun 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP in May 2019

      Interview

Probably the most efficient and pleasant interview process I've gone through in my career life. I applied online on SAP career site, HR reached out a few weeks later to schedule a quick chat. Then another 30-min phone call was scheduled with the hiring manager as he is not in the same office I applied to, followed by 1hr f2f interview with one of the team mates in the office. A few days later I received the verbal offer. Everyone including HR were extremely friendly from beginning to the end, and interviews were more conversational. Basically went through my resume and asked questions about my experience related to the job I applied for.

      Senior Manager Interview

      15 Mar 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Arlington, VA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SAP (Arlington, VA) in Feb 2013

      Interview

The internal recruiter was very personable and really “sold” me on SuccessFactors! So, I was very excited to start the interview process with the hiring manager. I initially had a phone interview with the internal recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager liked what I said, so I was scheduled for two in-person interviews with approximately five individuals.

      Question 1

I had recently been on three panel-style interviews with other companies, so I believe the 1:1 interviews at SuccessFactors were less difficult and more personable. No questions were tricky or misleading. Each interviewer was very honest about the company culture, expectations of the job, etc.
