Interviewed with a talent management consultant and a program manager at the same time, both very professional and nice people. They didn't ask for anything technical, they will just want to hear you talk about your previous experiences and why you want to join this program. Unfortunately there is no financial compensation for the program.

Interview
The interviewer was friendly and facilitated the interview like a conversation. It was a 30-minute virtual interview and consisted of 5 questions. In the interview, they also asked and elaborated on the duration of the program and the certifications that would be received at the end of the program.
