Interview
It was not a difficult process. I applied online, was a good fit for the role so a few days later I received a phone screen, the next day I scheduled an person interview with a recruiter. The in -person interview was panel style with 2 interviews mostly consisting of behavioral questions. I received an offer after work hours that Friday, and was told I had to except before they would send the offer in writing which was strange but not an issue for me.

Tell me about a time when you had multiple competing deadlines.
The process is based on culture and capability, as the company is dynamic and often undergoes changes which some people might find stressful. You have to be open minded and have a passion in a fast paced but rewarding environment. Usually 2-3 rounds, expect to be challenged on motivation as well as soft and hard skills.

El proceso de selección duró un mes, en el cual tuve 4 entrevistas. Las entrevistas fueron en inglés y portugués. Lo negativo fue que no me dijeron el sueldo a cobrar hasta la última entrevista.
