First interview (90 min) was fair and relatively easy. Mostly background questions, a bit of technical, some room for more questions for the company.
Onsite interview was 2-3 hours. First a round with engineers from the team: presentation, questions on the project, then technical test. The test itself was mostly implementation in Java, then some pattern design stuff.
Second part was discussion with higher managers: motivations, language skills, etc.
All-in-all, good interview with open interviewers. In the end, got offered a similar position, which I refused.

Three technical rounds.
One techno managerial - system design round. It took almost 3 weeks for them to provide the final feedback. Actually two technical plus one managerial but as the interviewer unsure , so they went with additional technical round.

Reverse linked list and zig zag level order traversal for a binary tree programs asked in two rounds followed by some questions on design patterns and database performance concepts.

Interview
The interview experience was poorly managed. I received a rescheduling email with minimal notice, just 1.5 hours before the scheduled time. The hiring system's communication channels were inefficient, making it difficult to get quick responses.
The interview process lacked clarity, with inconsistent approaches across different teams. The on-site interview setup was unprofessional - I was seated in a working area instead of a proper meeting room. Additionally, the team struggled to establish a video connection with an overseas team member, further complicating the interview.

Interview
It's incredibly frustrating to have aced a technical interview and after answering all of the questions only to be met with radio silence from HR despite multiple follow-ups; it's an unprofessional way to reject a candidate.
