I got the call from a recruiter.The process was smooth and after a phone screen I was called for interview next day. There was a screening test consisting of basic questions on sql, java, problem solving. It was followed by a pattern recognition iq test. The questions were very basic but time was a constraint. There after I was interviewed by the team member and finally a long interview with technical director.
