I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an initial phone screen. We exchanged availabilities, then there was radio silence from the recruiter. Despite reaching out multiple times to express continued interest in the role, the recruiter stopped responding. About 3 weeks later I received an auto-generated email that I wasn't selected to interview for the role and that the role had been filled. Super weird and cagey process given that the recruiter did reach out to me to interview, then stopped responding.

Interview
Initial contact was very quick - recruiter appeared to be very helpful and willing to assist throughout the process of interviewing/hiring. Had a second interview in which a third-party was on the line, but was never told that another person was involved in the second telephonic interview until that person put the phone down to signal the end of the interview.
