The interview was very casual. It felt like they were more concerned with my intent to commit to this position for the long term than my technical skills. It was clear they wanted someone that was a good personality fit over the most technically savvy.

Most of the questions asked were very non-specific general questions like "What do you think your strengths are?"
Pretty casual, met with CEO and discussed tech. Tired bulking and meet other employees. Discussed infrastructure and commercial projects. Discussed job roles and requirements as well as possible path to other types of work.
